- AGAngelica Garcia6 days ago4.0Honestly, only came on here to complain about James. I read through other comments and saw another complaining about him. Overall living here has been really great so far. I notice they do a lot of upkeep and it's very nice. Most staff I've met are nice. However James is the absolute worst. I have no idea what's up with him but his attitude is always terrible. Trying to get a package when he's working is always awful because of the times I've gotten a package from him he's complained to me directly about it twice, telling me that he has so much to process and go through and stands there looking like he wants me to leave until he huffs and goes to search for my package. He's always huffing and puffing and I've interacted with others on the elevator and we all agree we try our best to avoid him when getting our packages. He's also turned away a delivery driver one night and they had to call us to come get our package because James turned them away. I try to be super understanding, like maybe he's going through something but I shouldn't be scared to get something I paid for. It's very obvious that he hates his job and does not want to do it at all.
