I strongly recommend living elsewhere. Terrible management. They will try to nickel and dime you for every single thing. My AC unit hasn't worked in the last 2 months of my latest lease, several work orders put in and "completed" and still wasn't working. Management has literally harassed me and called me "a Karen" simply because I wanted normal living accommodations? My mother died and because I was out of country my card had been locked and my autopay didn't go through for rent. Instead of reaching out to me, even after I explained my situation, they took me to court for rent that was paid 2 weeks later than normal. Constant broken laundry machines, elevators were always broken, fire alarms constantly going off at all times of the day, they'll place stickers on your car (that do not come off by the way) for parking in the guest lot to unload groceries meanwhile there are untagged cars that have been parked in the loading zones for days at a time. I had to call the cops several times because another renter had a dog that wouldn't stop barking throughout the entire day (I worked from home), because management was too lazy to do anything about it after complaints from almost every person on my floor. They charge $50 for outdoor uncovered parking lol, what a joke. But you seriously get what you pay for here. Guess what happens if you have a package delivered on Friday evening, you are not seeing that baby until Monday afternoon at the earliest. Only Brandon and the lady are actually good at concierge. James will make you wait until he finishes his iPad games to get you your package after a long days work. Look, if you are strapped for cash and need a place to stay for cheap, then your options are limited. Absolute nightmare of a living situation.

May 2026: Fire alarms every night between 2-4 am. Most people don’t even leave their unit when it goes off. If there’s ever a real fire 100’s of lives will probably be lost due to negligence from management.
Ignore their replies on everyone’s reviews: they’re not actually fixing things, just marketing.

Great location friendly and diverse residents. Management is responsive, courteous and any issues are addressed quickly and with empathy. The common areas of the building and area around the building need a thorough deep cleaning and yard manicure. Hope to see that will improve and be ongoing as fair enough I’m a newer resident.
