  I just moved into the Boulevard my leasing agent Mariah was SOOO helpful in making this process so seamless! She was so helpful and nice, and quick to respond with all my thousands of questions. I was able to move in with no issues and maintenance has already been amazing and efficient and nice, particularly Ray. I am so glad I moved here and trusted Mariah!

  I moved into The Boulevard in 2023, and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. From the location and amenities to, most importantly, the staff, there’s a lot to appreciate about living here. Everyone has always been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile. Kameryn, however, stands out in particular. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help have made my experience at The Boulevard even better. No matter the situation, she has always been someone I can count on to provide assistance and make things easier. I’m very happy to call The Boulevard home and truly appreciate the staff for everything they do. I would absolutely recommend The Boulevard to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I’ve been living at The Boulevard Detroit for a year now, and I’ve had a really great experience. I’m very happy with my decision to live here I especially want to recognize Mariah, my leasing agent. She has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning. From showing me the apartment before I moved in, to helping me through every step of the leasing and move-in process, she made everything so easy. Even now, a year later, anytime I have a question or need help with something, Mariah is always available, kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She really goes above and beyond for the residents, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for me. The manager and the other leasing agent Kameryn are also very nice, professional, and helpful. The entire team does a great job of taking care of the tenants and making sure our needs are addressed. I also have to mention the maintenance team. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, respectful, and professional, and they do a great job whenever something needs attention. The apartments themselves are in good condition, and the building is in a great location, which makes living here even better. After a full year, I can say that I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  Kameryn at The Boulevard was absolutely amazing! She made the housing process easy to understand and helped me get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help throughout the entire process. 5 stars, definitely recommend Kameryn to anyone looking for assistance with their housing needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
