  Kim Meerhaeghe and Aundrea Dorsey were great people! They helped a lot with giving us information about the apartments and were great tour guides!

  I had such a great experience working with Kim at Lafayette West. I was moving from California to Detroit, so finding an apartment from across the country was definitely stressful, but Kim made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find an apartment that I genuinely love. I never felt pressured, and it honestly felt like she cared about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to make a sale. The whole leasing process was smooth and easy, especially considering I was doing everything remotely. Kim was always there to help and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with my apartment at Lafayette West, and I'm so glad I had Kim helping me along the way. If you're looking for an apartment at Lafayette West, I highly recommend working with Kim. She made moving halfway across the country feel a lot less overwhelming, and I really appreciate everything she did to help me find my new home!

  Lafayette West Apartments is a great place to stay. I would recommend this community to all my family and friends. Aundrea and Kim handle any issues I may have with professionalism and care. Thank you so much for all that you do.

  Hi people were kind thats about it didnt get a chance to look at it sadly as despite them However they have an offsite team that arent on the same page with the onsite team I wasted 30$ getting here Called the first time and was met with a man who sounded international who told me to wait there when i suggested i walk and come back Turns out they werent even there today, het yall scheduled me for that day.... Save your sorry i know these places like to give a flismy apology for their failures and not change things Just fix yall communication or get ride of the offsite team cause what would be the reason to have one if yall cant even schedule an apointment correctly
