  I would highly recommend Terry! He was very knowledgeable, organized & spot on with his explanation regarding what to expect, selling price & timelines. From start to finish he was extremely helpful and very accessible. He kept us informed throughout the process & addressed all our questions promptly. The house was listed & closed within a month. And to top it off, Terry is an all around nice guy who we felt very confident & comfortable entrusting the sale of our family home with.

  Terry was very helpful and patient about answering all of our questions and concerns. He was very proactive and thoughtful in covering all the details throughout the process of selling our house. I will be sure to contact Terry first the next time I need a realtor.

  Terry is the best we could have asked for! He worked very hard to help us find our home. Any home we wanted to look at he did what he could to set up appointments as soon as possible, was always very honest about the property, was very transparent throughout the home buying process so there was so surprises, and made everything easy! I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to Terry!!

  Terry is amazing . He always takes the time to explain helpful ways to sell your house . He gave me tips on color selection ,curb appeal . Where to make improvements ands areas that you don't need to waste time and money on. He sold my house very quickly and above asking price . Terry always answers my calls or gets right back to me. I personally would not go anywhere else . Thank you Terry for all your advice and help could not have done it without you.

  We’ve worked with Terry for the past 6 years! He sold us our first house, and when we were ready to sell he was the first one we called. Listed our house on a Friday and had an offer by Sunday, which we accepted. Terry really knows his stuff and is helping us find our new home. He is very knowledgeable about houses and is always honest with us. Highly recommend him for all your realtor needs!
