  I lived at Montclair at Partridge Creek from February 2020 until this year, and I can honestly say it was a great experience the entire time. I stayed in both a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom townhouse, and even moved into one of the newer townhomes. I was truly sad to leave. Over the six years I lived there, everything was consistently handled with care and professionalism. Even during COVID, things were managed well, and communication stayed clear. The staff was always helpful, respectful, and responsive—anytime I had questions or needed something, it was taken care of in a timely manner. I also had great neighbors in every unit I lived in, which made the experience even better. The community itself is peaceful, well-kept, and just an overall great place to live. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say. I truly enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

  This has been the first and best experience on renting at Moceri. Kind, prompt and most of all a beautiful place to live at. They do all the work. I would highly recommend, it’s been our 4th year, and enjoy the Club House, Pool and meeting new neighbors at the Club House parties ❤️❤️❤️

  Honestly I don’t recommend leasing there at all because 1-staff doesn’t know how to communicate 2-you have to call every week for your garbage to be picked up. 3- the bills for every month are extremely high not worthy. 4- manager have a big attitude. ESPECIALLY water bill. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

  It beautiful and the staff is friendly A great place to raise a family The space is amazing and feels so peaceful . It in a excellent location as well near major shopping area , restaurants , and a good school system within a miles .
