  Seems they were not interested on me as a client. Apps are great, location and amenities. So disappointed with the low care and attention to new residents.

  I have talked to several people about the paint that has come off the roof of our carport. All I hear are lame BS excuses. I'm tired of looking at it, it looks like hell. And if it's repainted, they will have to first cut back branches that are touching the roof. Common sense. I'm not holding my breath.

  Arianna is so sweet and gave a fantastic tour of the amenities.. She and Ashley showed me the apartment and answered all of my questions. I love everything about the place!

  I am extremely disappointed. Patricia/Ashley, who works at the front office, allowed the maintenance man to enter my apartment without my permission. Today was the first time I was informed about any walk‑through (via voicemail). This makes me feel unsafe living here, knowing that anyone can be sent into my home without my consent. When I confronted her, she told me she “could have lied” about sending someone without permission, but that she was being honest. My privacy was violated. I have personal and private items in my home that I expect to put away before anyone enters. I did not receive a 24-48 hour notice , she just called/ left voicemail 10 minutes before she just willing gave someone the ok to come in my apartment.
