  Was great ,maintenance was fast and friendly and I rarely had to wait for minor repairs, it seemed like they really cared about the residents and property. Not sure what happened lately but it's been terrible trying to get anything done. The office staff has been as helpful as possible over the years. I hope things get better again.

  The apartment in itself is okay. Pretty outdated for the price. What they advertise you have to pay extra for. They don't empty the dryer vents and we have to run our dryer usually 2-3 times. The walls are very thin and we often hear our neighbor upstairs late at night "having extra fun" if you get my drift. The management is horrible to communicate with. Extremely inconsistent, lack of response often times. I have lived here for 2 years and they haven't been able to keep a person in this building. The current management is extremely rude. It seems they care more about their appearance online rather than their actual tenants and customer service. Not only to mention the maintenance does not keep up on the dog waste areas. They promote it as a dog friendly apartment complex. Yet the dog waste bins often get left unattended for months on end and start overflowing and smelling absolutely horrible. Once you sign here it's almost impossible to break a lease unless you want to pay a large sum of money. Otherwise you're stuck until your lease is up. I would recommend other complex's in clarkston. I have heard better things/know people who have had better experiences.

  This apartment complex is by far the best living experience I have had. I’ve lived here for 8 or 9 months now and I haven’t had a single negative experience!! The maintenance team is so on top of their game, I don’t think I’ve waited more than 2 days for something to be fixed. Recently I had to get my whole AC unit replaced and while it was a stressful situation given the heat we have had, the guys and even the girls in the office made it so much easier to handle. Their communication is amazing, from Brooke calling me to update me or Ashley giving me text updates, it shows they truly cared. They also do SO much for the community, and bring people together! They personally bring out little gift bags with special treats in them for your birthday, they plan food trucks and have cookies or breakfasts available to grab too! They make this place so much more like a home, and I have loved living here!

  My apartment is beautiful. The staff are nice and friendly. Maintenance has been quick and knows what they’re doing (and my cat loves them lol). I’ve been able to save a lot of money because of their included internet! Major perk there. And my neighbors are all fantastic. It really feels like being part of a small town community here. I’ve made friends and joined clubs. It’s a really great place to live.

  Legends Fox Creek was a great place to rent. The unit was great size and well maintained when we moved in, and everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team were super friendly and nice. I would recommend Legends Fox Creek to anyone looking to rent.
