Great location, top tier management. I genuinely can’t say enough good things to say about the staff and maintenance men around here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience at Hidden Lakes Apartments! Moving from California to Michigan was a huge transition for us, but our experience at Hidden Lakes Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and up to date on every aspect of our move. Kendall professionalism, attention to detail, genuine kindness, and commitment to excellence truly stood out. She consistently checked in, made herself available whenever we needed assistance, and ensured we felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire process. Being new to Michigan, we especially appreciated her taking the time to familiarize us with the surrounding areas, local places, and everything we needed to feel more at home. Moving across the country can be overwhelming, but her thoughtfulness and dedication made the transition so much smoother. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such personal pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people they help. She didn’t just assist us with finding a new apartment; she helped us feel confident and excited about starting a new chapter in Michigan. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service, warm welcome, and exceptional experience. Hidden Lakes is fortunate to have someone who represents their community with such excellence. Highly recommend!

Best place to live and one of the safest communities around. Everything is safe and clean and well-maintained. The view and the greenery is serene. I can’t believe I wake up to this view every day.

I would not recommend renting from Hidden Lakes. They charge enormous fees. They wil try to encourage you to sign the lease with zero knowledge of the fees. They have fire hazards, bug hazards and will not fix the issues. I moved in less than 1 months ago and have brought to managements attention all of the issues. They will make excuses amd take zero accountability. My stove stops working daily. Maintenance says to turn off the circuit breaker and turn it back on. There are bugs everywhere. When you ask for confirmation that they actually sprayed you will get zero reply. When they lie about availability they will take zero accountability. Don't schedule a tour. They won't show you everything. Not even the club house. They show you what they feel oos right and provide zero other options. I do not recommend this place. They are way overpriced and unsafe

I have lived here for a couple years now and have been happy with the buildings, staff, rare maintenance requests (which were fixed quickly), and the amenities are nice to have. Even the small signs at the front with positive messages as you come into the complex. Every so often there are events and the people who live here are nice. Kendall at the main office was a big help with my transition to a new unit. I have enjoyed my time and I look forward to my new view of the pond and fountain behind me!
