  Hidden Lakes maintenance staff has always been very efficient, professional and accommodating. It’s one of the may things that has kept me living in this community going on 7 years

  Have lived here twice, 10 years ago this place was nice. It has done nothing but go downhill as far as residents, work staff, and quality. Rent increased regularly along with paying every other fee imaginable. Sewer and water, utilities, pest control (which doesn’t do a great job), trash removal, insurance requirements. All up to you. Currently paying 2700$ to break a lease along with the two months of extremely high rent they require (even though there are now mice that have infiltrated my residence from a neighboring unit). It’s a joke, ownership changing on a whim and extremely often these days. I didn’t have a working laundry unit TWICE. It took almost a month for them to handle it the last time. The staff is tired of me complaining (I am also tired of complaining). This could negatively impact me leaving this place but I feel it is my due diligence to warn people. Life is expensive enough, don’t get stuck somewhere like this.

  I have loved living here (total of 6.5 years), but the transition with new management has not been great. Hoping things will improve.

  I contacted the office regarding repairs needed in my apartment. They contacted Maintenance and the repairs were done right away. Very pleased with the work and the office staff that helped me.
