  We moved from Texas in September and I couldn’t be more pleased with our new home. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance is amazing and very timely. Thanks Encore for making our move seamless.

  The best parts of living at Encore at Deerhill are the people and the activities that bring them together. Beginning with the caring, efficient, and creative staff, they have continually designed weekly, monthly, or seasonal activities for residents of all ages. Some are physical: physical therapy and water aerobic sessions, but most are purely social. These give residents a chance to get to know each other and visit, fostering a feeling of a local neighborhood community.

  They sell you on the new units and landscaping-look at this. Countless complaints to the Township. They really dont care. Please, dont move in here. The pool is not ready. The gym is not ready. The landscaping is not ready. And this swamp breeding all kinds of mosquitoes has been brooding for weeks. There goes the luxury.
