I have been a tenant at Uptown for the past two years and have consistently experienced extremely poor maintenance services from the complex. Whenever any maintenance is required, we are told it will be handled within 2-3 business days, but even after two weeks, nothing gets fixed—regardless of whether it’s the dishwasher, dryer, washer, or other issues. There are only 2-3 maintenance staff for hundreds of apartments in the Uptown complex, which is clearly insufficient. Despite repeated calls, maintenance requests remain unresolved even after two weeks.

We have lived here since 2022. The maintenance team is outstanding, I wish we could get our toilet improved to handicapped

I’ve lived here for 15 years and I may stay another 15! It’s amazing. Location!! People, quality, property manager right now is amazing! He cares about the tenants and often personally helps them himself when something arises. Amazing pool! Fun activities thruout the year. Maintenance is extremely good! Overall it’s been an A+ experience.

I’ve been living here since October 2022. When I first moved here, my experience was very positive. The management team, front office staff, and overall community made this feel like a great place to live. Unfortunately, over the past month, after encountering my first significant issue within my apartment, I have become increasingly disappointed with how concerns are being addressed.
I have found that when I contact the front office with legitimate maintenance concerns, I am often given information but see little to no follow-through. For example, I submitted a work order on June 9 regarding a hole between my patio door and the floor of my apartment caused by damaged wood that continues to deteriorate. I was informed that the issue would be addressed when staff were available because it was considered a non-emergency. However, the problem remains unresolved.
The condition has become serious enough that a bird was able to enter my apartment through the opening. While I understand that maintenance priorities must be managed, situations that affect the safety, security, and livability of a residence should be addressed in a more timely manner.
This experience has significantly changed my perception of the property and its management. I originally chose to live here because I believed I was paying for a well-maintained community and responsive service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has not reflected those expectations.
As a result, I do not plan to renew my lease when it expires. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that these concerns can be addressed for current and future residents.

Just ok. They opted to spend the money on the counter tops and appliances and not on things like properly working electric and plumbing. Lights would constantly stop working. I had a whole loop of outlets that I couldn't plug anything more than a nightlight into without it blowing the whole thing. It's very much the "we made it look nice so we could charge you more money" set up.
They also had a history of yelling at residents for suspected smoking on property while their maintenance staff were smoking directly below my open bedroom window on a fairly regular basis. Management was notified and they did nothing.
They’ve also switched to a screening service for new residents that is notoriously difficult to work with and I won’t apply for any property that use that 3rd party any more. Findigs is the name of the 3rd party.
