The guided me thru the whole process of building from the beginning to the end. Pulte mortgage company needs a lot of help. They waited till the week of closing to start working on my mortgage package. I was sending docs until the night before closing. That was a nightmare and headache. Everything they asked for should have been done months ago!
- SSSFBApr 18, 20261.0Don’t buy from pulte. Many issues arise years later like today I’m replacing a bathroom faucet 10 years after building and the mounting bracket is covered by the sink. Horrible design flaw because they hire garbage contractors. Get a home inspector before you close but I’d run if I were you

There is little to do in the surrounding areas even with Michigan Ave. close by but it is not a far drive to Cherry Hill Village, Ford rd, and the main part of the city. Cell signal is very poor inside the home but that could be due in part to the home construction in the area.
