  Tela vallet is not clean. The manage only csres about her paycheck. It insane for them to install water meters and charge each home an additional 5 dollars a month on there rwnt to pay for them. They pay over 6 hundred dollars month and no one does inspections on the property and does not care how many times you have a problem. I have lived in parks where every year they did inspections and told you what needed to be done to improve your lots and homes. We were given it in writing a d had

  I've lived here before and in the past it was pleasant but this go around has been less than pleasant. Aside of the maintenance and the office personnel which have been very professional and courteous the residents are horrendous. I'm glad I don't have more than one vehicle because people park wherever they want around here. And the noise ordinance is a joke. Boom boxes going off all hours of the night. Power outages are a whole other thing. I get 1 day off per week and can't even enjoy it due to the constant power outages. Bon fires, apparently its acceptable to put them near your neighbors house as long as its on the weekend.

  I've had nothing but a wonderful time here since buying my home in September. It's 99% quiet, and it's just a great park overall! Now of course no where is perfect. Addicts and teenage menaces can be and in fact are, in any neighborhood whether passing through or regularly. Which is also rare here. Inflation rises every year, your bills will too. So for the reviewers complaining about both of those things, you're wrong for complaining in my opinion. The girls in the office are fantastic as is maintenance! Suzanne is actually the one I met to sign my lease with, and we had a lovely little chat while getting things done. I'm very happy to have our home here! If you're raising a family and need a more affordable neighborhood that's quiet and kid friendly, I would highly suggest looking here!
