The park is mainly kept clean in wa4mer months but slow to plow salt and combat stay cats and tenants who don't obey rules. For the amount we pay to live here does not equal the return poor playground and activity for kids no sense of community

It insane for them to install water meters and charge each home an additional 5 dollars a month on there rwnt to pay for them. They pay over 6 hundred dollars month and no one does inspections on the property and does not care how many times you have a problem. I have lived in parks where every year they did inspections and told you what needed to be done to improve your lots and homes. We were given it in writing a d had
