  It’s a great place to live, but the amenities don’t fully match what was presented during the tour. The paddle boards that were highlighted as a resident amenity have remained locked up and inaccessible for over a year. Residents have been given multiple timelines for when they would become available, none of which have materialized. At this point, it’s frustrating to see them continue to sit unused while access remains unresolved.

  Absolutely beautiful! The clubhouse and amenities are truly stunning. The pool and lake side area is perfect for lounging with a book on a sunny day. Large exercise area, library, lounge and yoga studio are very charming. Office team are extremely friendly and kind. What a beautiful place to live!

  James, our maintenance man has been terrific in handling any issues so far. The office staff Colleen and Missy have been so wonderful in making us feel like we are home here at Noble. After moving back to Michigan from Florida we were concerned about finding the right place. Noble on the lake has been a GREAT choice. We love it !!!

  Noble on the Lake is a great community! The units are modern, the property is well maintained, and the clubhouse is amazing. KMG Prestige has a fantastic reputation for having well-managed sites and this one is no different. They also have a great office staff. Colleen and Missy are wonderful to work with and it is very clear that they care about their residents and creating an environment where people want to be. I would highly recommend stopping in to see them!

  While the physical property at Encore at Lake Forest Trail is well-maintained and our time living there was pleasant, the management (Noble) has made the move-out process an absolute nightmare. Our scheduled move-out date was November 30th, but we vacated early on November 26th and hand-delivered the keys to the office. Despite this, the front office erroneously recorded our departure as December 6th. We provided a full 60-day notice and left the unit in pristine condition, yet we are still fighting to recover over $700 in wrongful 'late move-out' fees and prorated rent. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at the office, and the total lack of communication has made resolving this simple clerical error an exhausting ordeal. While they have promised to correct this multiple times via email, phone, and even in person, there have been zero updates or credits in six months. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property; the lack of accountability regarding security deposits and the refusal to follow up with tenants is unacceptable.
