  DO NOT MOVE HERE! Doors don’t work, doorbells don’t work, key fobs don’t work and today it’s raining inside my apartment. For $1,334 the rent need to be a low as their community standards. Every time I look up they are painting in the halls, painting the parking lot, painting the car ports, painting the stair rails but refuse to prioritize safety. Anyone off the street has the ability to walk into your building. They care about how the apartment look only. Not one person in management is concerned about the tenants. I absolutely hate it here and I’m Stuck in this stupid lease til February 2027. Drive pass this place and stop at the next apartment community with cheaper rent, better amenities, lake views for everyone etc. I’m going to report them to the city and state. Something has to be done about these shitty living conditions. 0/10 would not recommend. If you only care about what the outside of the building looks like then you’ll love it here. If safety is a priority, RUN!!

  Joey was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and even covered his shoes before entering my apartment, which I greatly appreciated. After a disappointing experience with a previous electrician, Joey’s excellent service was refreshing. He’s a great asset to this apartment community. Thank you, Joey!

  So far I have lived here one year, just renewed my lease. This community has great amenities. If possible to get, the in unit dryer and washer is very convenient. The clubhouse gym facility has nice equipment with dumbbells that go up over 100lbs, barbell rack, heavy bag… the pool is nice and also the community natural gas grills are great when residents clean up after themselves as required. The staff is very nice and prompt on getting things figured out to come to a conclusion that’s best for both parties. The maintenance staff are very punctual when it comes to setting up day of maintenance after making a request on the resident app the day prior. However I wish they would read the note where it says call before entry. Just get an apartment wifi camera if you are that worried. Finally the best part is the apartment entry where you need a key fob to buzz in. I plan on moving out when the housing market gets cheaper rates. I’d rather pay to rent here than pay to have an overpriced mortgage payment. 94 to Ann Arbor has great traffic patterns at 7am. Quick going home at 3pm aswell.

  Andrew is awsome handle paperwork excellent. Dorian assisted when Andrew was not there. Very professional Dorian exceptions job with talking to my husband. With explaining everything and with me moving in Dorian was right on top of everything. To be honest the office staff was great and beyond. Keep up the good work. I really appreciate everyone working together. I have experienced bad office. Trilogy’s Apartment staff is extremely great. Answer the phone when I called. I am giving them a 5 stars . Thank you for the welcome gift. Also replace the door key the same day. I love it here.

  The Trilogy Apartments in Belleville checks off almost all of my boxes and meet most of my expectations. One of the highlights of my experience was working with Andrew during our tour. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the amenities and community features in detail, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the tour enjoyable and left a great first impression of the community. My biggest concern is the application and approval process. It was extremely difficult, time-consuming, and often confusing. At times, it seemed like the staff were not fully familiar with the process, which made things even more frustrating. I believe the application process could benefit from updates and better communication to make it more straightforward for prospective residents. Other than that, my overall impression of the community is very positive. Based on my experience, I would rate Trilogy Apartments an 8 out of 10.
