I very much love the look of the Grove Apartments and they have a lot of the amenities I was looking for. Their newly renovated apartments are beautiful. Erik, who works in the office is so helpful and nice, he was able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend these apartments and that you let Erik help you.
I’ve had horrible retaliation from neighbors that I’ve been trying to get handled for the last couple months. It’s been going on the entire last year but the last couple months have been exceptionally worse. Erik in the office is always incredibly helpful in passing along messages to the property manager about these things, hes very kind and always willing to help. Along with Meghann the property manager who has been communicating with me about these issues and trying to find a resolution to this. I only gave it 3 stars because I’m still waiting to figure out what will come from the retaliation and if I’ll ever get my peace and quiet back.
Edit: THANK YOU. finally after A YEAR of trying to just get my peace and quiet back I finally have some kind of resolution to this issue. Thank you Meghann (the property manager) for being so kind and understanding about this situation and making sure there’s a healthy resolution for us. And thank you Erik for always being so helpful as well.

I would encourage prospective residents to take the five-star reviews with caution. Many appear to have been written by people who have only recently moved in and are understandably excited about their newly renovated apartments, rather than by long-term residents who have experienced the property’s day-to-day management.
Unfortunately, the new management has been even more disappointing than the previous team. Their primary focus seems to be on improving the property’s appearance rather than addressing the issues that actually affect residents. Several of the improvements they advertise either have not been implemented or are not consistently available.
The apartment renovations themselves are attractive. The fresh paint, updated appliances, and cosmetic upgrades certainly make a good first impression. However, beneath those renovations, many of the same problems remain, and the quality of management and customer service has not improved.
Maintenance is another major concern. Unless your issue is considered an emergency—typically only an active water leak—you should expect significant delays. Problems such as a broken air conditioner, leaking faucet, clogged drain, or other routine maintenance requests often receive little urgency. In some cases, maintenance requests have been canceled or closed without the issue ever being resolved, leaving residents to repeatedly follow up.
The office staff and management are equally frustrating to deal with. When residents continue asking about unresolved maintenance issues, they are often met with dismissive or rude attitudes instead of helpful customer service. There have been multiple occasions where staff appeared to intentionally ignore residents entering the office because they knew the visit was about ongoing property concerns.
While the renovated units may look appealing, attractive finishes cannot make up for poor communication, slow maintenance, and unprofessional management. Anyone considering moving here should look beyond the cosmetic upgrades and carefully evaluate the overall resident experience before signing a lease.
I have been living here for 5 years and I can say this is the worst management I have seen yet.

Since they changed the name to The Grove, it's gotten somewhat better, in spite of them being understaffed, they've done a pretty good job since they took over. They've cleaned up quite a bit. I can already tell much better management now.
One word of advice to management as to why we can't have nice things, it was not a good idea from the former management to put these rocks around all the buildings because every kid in the neighborhood picks them up and throws them everywhere, at cars, at dumpsters, out into the parking lot etc. Though they look nice, they don't look so nice all over the parking lot. Removing them would be a big plus. Also the nice little trees around the building? Those kids love to rip the branches off them and strip them. Why just this morning, they were out here bouncing the basketballs off of the metal carports. No parental supervision whatsoever, apparently. It's not the fault of the management. I suppose there's not much they can do other than choose their residents a little more selectively.
