  If it was the first 3 years I would’ve given 5 stars. Amazing up till a couple months ago when I got a violation for feeding wild cats after 3 years of no issue with it and even seeing me feed them and thinking they didn’t care. An older lady tells on me I get violated , okay fair. I get it. Well I was told if I went to the tree line which is NOT on the property (by an office person AND the lady who complained) that I’d be legal and fine. I do that. Maintenance sees me and then tells on me. I get in trouble again when I didn’t even know. So finally I just stop feeding after that. A week later the old lady calls and complains and LIES that the cats are hurting her plants when I asked her and she said they didn’t and they never harmed my plants, and she lied about me still putting bowls out when I DIDNT anymore and office tries to violate me again. For something I didn’t Do!! It’s wild cats they are everywhere!! They still come up cause you allowed it for 3 years and now they are dependent! I have to cry everyday watching them be confused!!! take them to the shelter then if it’s that big of an issue don’t bully and harass me I didn’t create the cats they were here when I moved in and others feed them too so….I’m being attacked and legally this can’t happen and I’m not breaking rules now so I will be getting a lawyer if they don’t leave me alone and the older lady needs violated for disturbance of peace and lying I can’t even relax in my home or go out on my porch I’m being stalked . She was so nice when I talked to her like an adult to solve the issues and felt for her and then backstabbed me! I will be looking for good homes for these cats to help them be happy since my heart is broken and I have to let them go and watch them starve and it’s been so distressful. Never come here if you want good mental health. I’ll follow rules but the way this went down was wrong on so many levels. Could’ve worked with me and I could’ve helped pay for things or take them in. Lies and attacks and bullying now when it’s not my responsibility I stopped feeding when I was told not allowed and still being attacked!

  In addition to the beautiful buildings and grounds and the prime location between Ott and Kimball Pines, Pine Knoll has a very helpful team of leasing agents and maintenance techs. They take good care of the apartments, and requesting maintenance is as easy as scanning a QR code on the fridge and describing the issue. Usually someone is there to take care of it the next day.

  Been at Pine Knoll for 3 years. Very safe place with a great maintenance department.

  Update on living at pine knoll apartments. All issues resolved with a newer property manager and new maintenance manager they have made a horrid experience into a happy one. Thanks guys I truly appreciate it!!!!!!!

  Although I haven't totally moved in, the office , staff has been outstanding!
