Since moving in, I have also been pleased with how quickly my maintenance concerns have been addressed. I appreciate the good communication and the effort the team makes to support residents.

The staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I have had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team has been reliable and professional. Whenever I have needed repairs, they have responded in a timely manner and have always followed through to make sure the work was completed properly. I really appreciate their dedication and willingness to help. I would also like to recognize Shannon, the property manager. She is truly an asset to Arbor Pointe Townhouses. She is always warm, welcoming, and takes the time to listen to any concerns residents may have. She treats people with kindness and respect, and it shows that she genuinely cares about the community. Her professionalism and positive attitude help make this a wonderful place to live. Overall, I have no complaints.
