  My husband and I just recently moved here and it has been nothing but absolutely amazing. After touring different units over a couple of visits we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else for a place to call home. The staff here is absolutely lovely! Every question we had was answered extremely quickly. Ashley was so sweet! She helped us get our keys and explained all of the rules and was just so fun to talk to! Michael was extremely helpful with the application process and was kind enough to call us a few days after we moved in to see how everything was going. The maintenance is phenomenal! They even thanked us for being here. Everything here from the clubhouse to the landscaping was extremely clean as well! Just overall a 10/10 place and we love all the events they put on! Can’t wait to attend the next one!

  The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and other everyday necessities. I also appreciate how well the grounds and common areas are cared for - they're always neat and inviting. What really sets this community apart is the genuine care the staff showed for its residents. They work hard to make living her a positive experience, and it definitely shows. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home. I'm very happy to be a long term resident and counting! A special acknowledgement to team members: Chelsea, Kelly, Michael, David, Ken, Noah, Tony, Jake, Angelo, Frank, Dan, Matea, Ashley, Kailee, and Trumain! I received a beautiful gift for being a long term resident - a cotton tote bag, beach towel, and Yeti tumbler, that will enhance my daily experience in the community.

  Auburn gate is the best! We just signed our third lease. The entire office staff and maintenance team is phenomenal-friendly, down to earth, and efficient. We especially love David, who coordinates all of the social events. He’s a burst of sunshine! Such a great experience here, I can’t imagine leaving.

  I've really enjoy living at Auburn Gates Apartments, especially because of the amazing resident events David plans. We have about one event each week with food, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and fun activities like bingo with great prizes. The annual pool party with music, food trucks, drinks, and raffles is always a highlight—I even won a YETI cooler this year! These events have helped me meet my neighbors and build a great group of friends, and I really appreciate the effort David puts into creating such a welcoming community.

  Today we had a pool party. David and the crew here does a great job with community events. The only thing I wish we had was more veggie options but they really do try to be accommodating. And they haven’t once made me feel uncomfortable for asking for vegan options. There was great music, open bar, ice cream station, food truck and grill. Staff was live lol. Definitely a great time. I hope we can do a night time pool party one day 😉
