- DJDestiny JonesAug 26, 20261.0I previously gave them 5 stars. It’s a nice apartment. Spacious, modern, and the maintenance team is responsive. That was until we discovered our unit has MICE. We first noticed droppings under the kitchen cabinets and the pantry. Then one night we found mice running under the dishwasher and ON OUR STOVE. Very disappointed with how much rent is for this to be an issue!!

- SLStella LiAug 26, 20265.0I’ve really enjoyed living at Woodland Mews! The community feels very close to nature, with lots of greenery and a beautiful pond that makes the area peaceful and relaxing. The staff are also always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The maintenance staff are quick to resolve issues, the amenities (gym, pool, walkthrough areas) are nice, and it's great to live next to places like Busch's, Whole Foods, and Cranbrook Park which are in walking distance. Prices are reasonable and are within the market range of living in Ann Arbor.
- JDjordan danielsAug 26, 20265.0I just moved here and so far i am loving it. The maintenance team is very attentive. The grounds and the pond are very beautiful. And I love the 24 hour gym and the free food and giveaways. I recommend for students!!
