  Uptown is SUCH an amazing place to live! Between the pool, community events, wonderful neighbors, great location, and all the things to do, there’s so much to love. But honestly, one of the best parts has been getting to know the incredible office staff, Tamara and Tyler. I still remember coming to tour the apartments with my mom in the winter. From the minute we walked in, Tyler was so welcoming and kind. He made me a hot chocolate from the coffee machine and even gave me a bag of chips. That small gesture immediately made the community feel warm and welcoming. Now that I live here, he’s just as friendly whenever I bring friends by the clubhouse. He always takes the time to chat with us and makes everyone feel welcome. The clubhouse itself is always incredibly clean, well-kept, and welcoming. There are always complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee available, which is such a nice touch. The pool and other community spaces are also really well maintained. My friends always comment on how nice everything is and how sweet the office staff are when they leave, and I completely agree! Another huge reason I love Uptown is Tamara. I bring my puppy down to the clubhouse almost every day to visit, and it has genuinely become one of the best parts of our routine. Tamara is wonderful with him and always makes him feel so loved. He even knows her by name! Whenever I ask if he wants to go see Tamara, he gets excited and runs to the door. Beyond how sweet she is with my pup, Tamara is incredibly kind and always makes time to chat with me. She has made both my mom and me feel so welcomed here. Both she and Tyler genuinely care about the residents and are always willing to help. It’s the little things and the way people treat you that make somewhere truly feel like home, and Tamara and Tyler are a huge part of what makes Uptown such a wonderful place to live. I’m so grateful to have found such a welcoming community!

  I absolutely love visiting with the leasing agents Tamara and Tyler, they are so kind and so helpful they truly make uptown such an amazing place to be.

  I rented at Uptown for several years and truly enjoyed my time there. The apartments are spacious, very clean and have lots of natural light from the many windows. The community feels safe, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive. It's also conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to live. And a bonus for fellow cat owners, my cat absolutely loved the balcony and enjoyed how quiet the apartment was. I did have one small hiccup during the move-out process, but the property manager, Tyler, reached out to me personally. He was professional, took the time to listen, and worked with me to resolve the issue fairly. I really appreciate when a company stands behind its residents and is committed to doing the right thing. I can honestly say I had a very positive experience during my years at Uptown. Thank you to Tyler and the entire Uptown team for making it such a great place to call home.

  Terrance came over the same day to fix a slow drain in my bathtub. It is working perfectly now. I wish I would have called it in sooner. Terrance always does a great job. He's thorough, professional and personable.

  Chose this place because of the fantastic customer service from reading reviews, to initial inquiries to living here and speaking with Tyler and Tamara on a regular basis. They have really high standards of excellence and do everything they can to help. The facility staff are very nice too and fix problems quickly.
