- JPJoey P2 days ago5.0The Yard on South Main was a great spot for UMich move-in day. I DJed the move-in event in their courtyard and the place feels classy and is super accommodating. Brooke went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for all the students and families. The whole staff had a great attitude and kept the energy high — there’s tons of vibe here. Highly recommend!

- CCChelseaJun 5, 20263.0Every month something new breaks, my AC has been broken for about 3 weeks now and in the winter my heat was broken. Genuinely kinda ridiculous for the price. Sometimes maintenance is speedy sometimes they are not. Genuinely depends on the week. Also, the hallways always stink, possibly because of the carpet. They aren’t cleaned nearly as frequently as they should be. The amenities are nice, that’s honestly what you’re really paying for. The units are nice as well, just alot of small issues that eventually pile up the longer you live here and realize it. Not terrible, but not the best.
