This apartment complex is so bad it compelled me to write a google review (all of these negative reviews are not exaggerations, it is genuinely this bad) The apartment units themself aren't bad, and the appliances are nice, when they actually work. However... The management of the building is totally unprofessional and disrespectful When you put in maintenance tickets, you have to track them down for weeks to get them to do anything about them They added random charges this month to our rent because they didn't have their payment system set up correctly the last two months to add 'convenience fees' when paying by a credit card, so they decided to retroactively add them There's one maintenance guy for the ENTIRE BUILDING (200+ units) The fire alarms go off at all hours making the entire building evacuate They recently converted free outdoor parking spots into $50 a month spots When we moved in, they promised they would add stores to the bottom level. After three years these are still vacant, and now they're trying to lobby the city to turn them into individual units If they spent half as much time maintaining the building as they do replying to the myriad negative reviews here, it actually might be a decent place to live, but as of right now... Make no mistake, they are slumlords trying to nickel and dime their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE

If I was ever looking to move to an apartment, I would love to move here. Good friends of mine live here and they have a beautiful, well appointed apartment. The facilities are excellent and and it's great to visit them and see how happy they are since they moved here.

The first thing you see when you pull in are the dumpsters! Next....you notice how bright the outdoor lights are! WHY? I was turned off immediately!!!
