  Don’t respect their tenants and will happily try to screw you over. Their leases are designed so they can put you wherever they want, don’t trust them, scummy company

  DO NOT SUBLEASE HERE!! Apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. They also delayed my move in by one day because the staff “wasn’t trained” to move me in, so I had to stay in a hotel. Management is also extremely unhelpful.

  The management here is atrocious. I had the worst experience subleasing here last summer, and I would not recommend anyone ever agree to a sublease with this company. Last summer I subleased an apartment and when I walked in, the entire place was disgusting. The toilets were clogged. Food in the fridge. Belongings from previous tenants everywhere. Why should I have to pay a security deposit, when Six11 claimed they are not responsible for cleaning it before I arrived? It was so disgusting I had to hire a cleaning service. After trying to get in touch with management for HOURS… The management finally agreed over the phone that they would reimburse us. $600 for the cleaning service, we sent our receipt and waited. Well, after following up with them for weeks after, they changed their mind and never reimbursed us. The management here is absolutely horrible and I would NEVER stay here again.
