  Went on a tour with Kelly and she was AMAZING! Along with everything Legends Grove have to offer, Kelly is definitely the main reason why I would be applying

  I have been waiting for the day I could leave this review, just over a year because I had to wait for my lease to expire as they are fond of forcing people out who are unhappy. The only people I can’t say a single bad word about - work in maintenance. They are exceptionally kind, very diligent, and so quick to respond to all issues. The management company, however, is an entirely different story. This property was built very quickly and is built on the very cheap end of what you could associate with low tier luxury. They’re also very fond of completely cleaning house of all office staff and never telling you that there are no employees that work on your property anymore. The first year of living at this property was a dream. However, since then it’s been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. The office staff is rude, and sometimes belligerent. They will literally never follow up with anything you send them and then harass you incessantly like you are the one who did not do what was requested. I strongly do not advise anyone live here if you value your peace of mind, don’t enjoy smelling what you’re neighbors are cooking, or having glue continue to ooze out of the floor. The apartment is constantly overflowing with trash, and bugs as a result. If you happen to be deeply depressed, and maybe hate happiness - this is the apartment complex for you. I’m happy to have escaped relatively unscathed, and if you do decide to live here I recommend having a personal attorney. They may also evict you for report you issues. Happy apartment hunting!

  My wife and I have just moved into this apartment complex and have had nothing but positive experiences from the moment we reached out to legends grove. Lisa Stewart is super kind, helpful, and extremely communicative, which was a huge help since we were moving from California. Apartments are really nice and updated.

  I moved to the beginning of February and find a place to be quiet, luxurious and exceeding my expectations. Management, including Lisa Stewart and Lauren in the front office have been very responsive to all of my requests and it has felt like a community versus just a place to live. I highly recommend Legends Grove.
