  I would like to take this opportunity to praise our Community Association Manager, Jamessa Reed. Since joining our Board of Directors and working with her on multiple challenging issues, she has consistently been accessible by phone and email and highly responsive to every request. On several occasions, she has even replied while off work, demonstrating her dedication to our community. It is truly a pleasure working with her.

  As an insurance professional you are by far the worst compliance company I have come across. I sent proof of renewal on a condo 3 times, it was received but you still have my client non compliant, he lost his access to the pool and club house. It's a holiday week, he has family coming and he can't enjoy the amenities he pays for. I would not purchase a condo in his complex if it means you are the one in charge of my freedoms that I pay for. You need to do some research and see why your employees are dropping the ball. You are by far the worst compliance company I have come across in 30+ years of selling insurance

  Michelle T. Has been a breath of fresh air as our community manager. Our previous CAM, left much to be desired and honestly we were on the verge of leaving KT. Thankfully, KT made some personnel changes and we’ve been so pleased with how communicative Michelle is. Genuinely such a relief to have such a reliable CAM.

  I have seen significant change for the better since Jamessa took over as Community Manager two years ago. She is conscientious, communicative, follows up consistently on issues, and is readily accessible to the board. I know how challenging it is to manage and oversee multiple condominium associations, yet I have no complaints about her work. Board meetings are detailed, and the agenda is always fully addressed. Outstanding items are tracked and resolved promptly. She also implemented monthly walk-throughs to keep an eye on the condition of the property. Great job—keep it up.

  My dealing with Linda Martin was just the type of Excellent service I would expect from this company . Some of my Computer Skills were not up to date and they were brought to my attention . All and all my experiance with Linda was very Rewarding . Thank You !!!!!!!
