- MMMarina MarlinJun 3, 20265.0Arbor Landings has been a great place to live for the past year! I can see myself living here for many more. The office has friendly faces and my apartment is gorgeous! It’s modern and open concept. I have updated appliances, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in unit. There’s a nice pond to take walks around and a pool to lounge by. I wish we had community events but other than, that it’s been a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

They chose to saw the existing stops off a door jam and shim the existing jamb even though there's existing damage to the door and jamb. It looks like absolute garbage and my 8 year old daughter can't even open the door because it's so tight. Very disappointed the door wasn't replaced

Also your water bill is divided by the 8 units in your building. I am one person and a family of 4 uses a lot more water. I was just charged over $63.00. Ridiculous. We pay for parking yet there is no garage. Pest control is ridiculous. I had 6 or 7 additional charges on my bill. $50 Kate fee for re t when I moved in and now it's 125-150. Carpeting,and wood flooring are very cheap. Sorry but I have to tell the truth. The guys in the office are great however.
