  The units themselves are fine. Floor to ceiling windows, which are lovely. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and good soundproof walls floors and ceilings. Common spaces are nice enough, but the treadmills are often broken. That's where my compliments stop, though. Management is terrible, even if the person at the front desk is lovely. Maintenance regularly closed tickets without doing anything, or even taking a look. Walls were dirty on move in, as were the windows (the cills were layered in grime). The trim is a bad version of DIY, the toilets don't flush well, there's no security and people often enter who don't live here, packages are stolen regularly, and it seems like there's always something broken or needing fixing (elevators, trash chute, key fobs, etc). The location is great w.r.t. downtown, but there's a train that passes 50 yards away 2-3x daily that's aggregious with its horn, including the runs after 10PM and before 7AM. The parking passes work...mostly, and it can be frustrating to get the scanner to recognize the pass and lift the gate. And it's really expensive. They are very dog friendly, though. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere first.

  Security is unfortunately an issue. Several packages have been stolen for the past week (more than once) from the package room. And a camera has not been placed!

  I had a great experience working with Ann Arbor City Club, especially Nicole, during a very last-minute move for a new job opportunity. The timing was stressful, and I know it couldn’t have been easy to coordinate everything so quickly, but Nicole was friendly, responsive, and very thorough. I tend to need all the details to feel comfortable moving forward, and Nicole made sure every question was answered clearly and promptly, even with the time crunch. The experience felt organized and reassuring, which made everything much smoother. I really appreciated the care and effort Nicole put into helping me make this move happen. Highly recommend working with Nicole and the Ann Arbor City Club team.

  Nicole and Jessica were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Mike from Maintenance takes pride in his work and was very helpful as well.
