  Locale is the best! I love that our property is always super clean and well manicured. I always see Shaun outside putting in the work to make this place look amazing!! Also, the office staff is great. Ben does an absolute phenomenal job! Such sweet people who genuinely care about making Locale a fun place to live. The maintenance team is also great- we have been maybe a LITTLE annoying with the amount of requests we put in and the team is always here asap with a smile ready to help out. Thank you locale!

  Shawn is a great groundskeeper the stairs were crumbling and Shawn did a great job fixing it! He keeps Campus View looking beautiful!

  My roommates and I love living here. All of the workers are extremely helpful and kind, especially Shaun. He is always stopping us to hi and chit chatting with us. Locale is a great place to live and a great community.

  They are horrible, fine you for every little thing. But have no solutions or accommodation when they are at fault. It was a hole in our roof for 3 months it took them forever to fix it it’s still not painted and the most they could say was sorry.

  I can't say enough good things about Locale. From the moment I moved in, the staff made this place feel like home. They're genuinely friendly, always willing to help with whatever comes up, and it's clear they actually care about the residents here,which is not something you can say about every student housing complex. I especially want to shout out Sam, Lauren, Emily, and ben. They are truly the best. I truly have felt welcomed by them. They always have a smile on their face’s and are quick to answer any questions. Even stopped to help me search for my lost keys. The amenities are a solid 10/10. Everything is well-maintained and clearly designed with residents in mind, which makes day-to-day life so much easier. The grounds, on the other hand, could use some better upkeep. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to maintaining the outdoor spaces consistently. And despite being right in Allendale near campus, Locale manages to stay peaceful and quiet. A rare find in student housing. It's the perfect balance of convenience and calm, which makes it so much easier to focus, relax, and actually enjoy where you live. If you're looking for a place with a great staff and top-tier amenities, I'd recommend Local to all, just hoping to see the grounds get a bit more attention.
