  I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment building with the leasing agent, Adreanna! She was very welcoming and informative, and allowed plenty of time for my questions to be answered. The grounds were beautiful and we have had a very easy and pleasant experience working with them so far in the process of looking for an apartment.

  From the first email until a lease was signed, Adreanna guided us every step of the way! She offered us insight, options, and reassurance that Nonesuch offers many amenities and on-site management. Adreanna didn’t give us a canned sales pitch, she gave us her honesty and so much more! We can’t say what living at Nonesuch is like, since we aren’t moving in for a little bit but it already feels like home!

  My experience with Nonesuch River Apartments has been amazing so far! Adreanna has been amazing with giving us a tour and the application process this far. They have been very accommodating and easy to work with. Beautiful facilities in a great location!

  We’ve lived at Nonesuch River Apartments for 3.5 months, and we’ve been very happy with our choice. Adreanna was wonderful to work with as we toured, signed the lease, and moved in, and she’s been great at keeping the community up to date on announcements and other information. Any questions or maintenance issues have been quickly addressed. Our apartment is spacious and has lots of natural light, and the fit and finish is excellent. The gym is great--it has everything we need for a good workout, and the location of the community is super convenient to everything. It really is a great place to call home.
