- BLBecca LinkAug 1, 20261.0Would give this apartment zero stars if I could. The office staff is RARELY helpful and talks to residents like they are idiots. The smoke alarm goes off every time you try to cook something in the oven. There are always issues with shoveling and plowing. But, the top prize goes to the maintenance staff who were caught on camera looking through my literal dirty laundry and faced no punishment what so ever. I rented this apartment for its fairly priced rent, but that number goes up drastically every year.

We were sort of in a pickle because our previous property (which has the reviews to back it up) was being difficult. April and Alysha are very good at what they do and making new tenants feel welcome. Moreso, the community is amazing. People are nice. They say ‘hi’. I’m not one to want a block party of neighbors, but I do enjoy saying hi to nearby residents and making them know they have good neighbors. Quiet property and just quick and easy move in. Lovely. My gf and I will be here for years.
- MBMinnie BethJun 22, 20262.0It's... fine, if you just need to get by. Not for 1600 a month, though. These are literally "updated" military dormitories. I'm a veteran and... lol. No living room, basically half a kitchen, no dining room or real room for a table. Military signage bolted to the walls. Carpet might very well be the original dorm carpeting - thin and musty. Windows so cheap a simple storm once blew mine clean off. Great location and neighbors, but wow. They must have sold to another company and upped the prices, because 1600????? Even 900 was too much when I was there. The audacity to charge 1600 for this.
