- JPJoseph PalmerOct 1, 20264.0Lived in these back in the early 2000s when they were enlisted barracks for the Navy. So keep in mind the layout for each apartment was originally designed to accommodate two single sailors between the ages of 18 and 21.
- JSJustina SpencerAug 11, 20265.0Haven West is a beautiful community with an absolutely wonderful office staff. I could not recommend this community more!
- AHAlysha H.Aug 11, 20265.0Our experience has been great here at the havens. The managers are responsive and friendly. Maintenance is always willing to help and we are happy to have a safe community to come home to.
- BLBecca LinkAug 1, 20261.0Would give this apartment zero stars if I could. The office staff is RARELY helpful and talks to residents like they are idiots. The smoke alarm goes off every time you try to cook something in the oven. There are always issues with shoveling and plowing. But, the top prize goes to the maintenance staff who were caught on camera looking through my literal dirty laundry and faced no punishment what so ever. I rented this apartment for its fairly priced rent, but that number goes up drastically every year.
- JFJon FJul 11, 20265.0I have been through a bevy of rental companies. I can assure you of my 20 years of renting that this company actually cares. We were sort of in a pickle because our previous property (which has the reviews to back it up) was being difficult. April and Alysha are very good at what they do and making new tenants feel welcome. Moreso, the community is amazing. People are nice. They say ‘hi’. I’m not one to want a block party of neighbors, but I do enjoy saying hi to nearby residents and making them know they have good neighbors. Quiet property and just quick and easy move in. Lovely. My gf and I will be here for years.
