  Amenities and apartments are awesome at Atlantic Pointe, Brunswick Maine but what makes it special is people like Byron Davis , Leasing Consultant. He stayed in touch with me for 18 months while I was trying to sell my home. His professionalism, , work ethics and impeccable manners are some of the best I’ve ever run across in my 51 years at a general Dynamics. He gets an A+ for best dressed as well! He made my stay here lovely and comfortable. Jackie Forestell Jared Courville, Community Manager was also awesome. Atlantic Pointe is a well run place and I’m sure he is part of the reason. He’s always willing to listen. Based on my interactions with him he is a no nonsense person who solves problems quickly and effiently. He kep things running so smoothly that I was totally comfortable that if any problems came up and he was available it would be resolved. Jackie Forestell

  One of the most beautiful apartments that I’ve ever stayed at! Property management has been phenomenal and friendly. I wish I could get more than five stars for this place! The maintenance and ground team do a phenomenal job keeping everything cleared after a snowstorm and overall, just a clean community! Highly recommend this place for younger folks and up. They have a great gym kids park and a great little community center outside. I’m excited to use it once it is open!
