  My husband and I lived at Earle manor for a year and this is what I have to deal with Caught 4-6 mice and there was still more we didn’t catch No cool air in the summer and no heat in the winter The “Landlord Special” THEY PAINTED OVER A PIMPLE PATCH AND HAIR During the snow we were snowed in for a while which isn’t great for emergency response workers Roaches would show up even though we were clean. To make matters worse the last month of our lease we got a form from the leasing office saying there was a roach infestation in the building. Leasing Office doesn’t respond to emails or calls Leasing office changes their working hours/days at short notice or no notice at all Parking sucks Laundry room machines are almost always broken , filled with roaches and just smells very gross . There are almost always just 2-3 machines working for the whole building Pest/bug control would barely come even after multiple emails There are sometimes bats in the hallway People sneak in the complex and try to break in your apartment while gone so make sure you have a camera up Even with all that here are the good parts of the apartment to have a fair review Nice family events every couple of months Beatrice Saul is very understanding and is the person to talk to in order for things to get done You are close to the metro and shopping centers Neighbors are nice and helpful in time of need If you do not have a lot of money or credit this is probably a good starter apartment Lobby is very decorated and pretty during holiday seasons Near a lot of parks

  Very large spacious apartment friendly and knowledgeable staff Dana and Brittany were great! I recommended my uncle already.

  Misleading info, rude management, lack of hospitality. Place is infested with Mice and roaches, the mice sneak underneath tenants doors at night, and there’s a lot of them inside the laundry room. The walls are just painted over with a additional layer of paint, some stuff is already broken, power outlets don’t work, water smells like sewer water; management don’t attend to their tenants needs or just ignore them. Don’t move here unless you want to be scammed for the price of rent ($1600-1800) and they threaten to kick you out even if you have already signed a lease and paid! BEWARE!!!
