There is a major issue with living here: packages that are delivered by online retailers are frequently stolen. I would really appreciate it if management could help us request Amazon Lockers or find another secure solution for package deliveries. This has become a serious concern for residents, and we would appreciate your help in addressing it.

My husband and I lived at Earle manor for a year and this is what I have to deal with Caught 4-6 mice and there was still more we didn’t catch No cool air in the summer and no heat in the winter The “Landlord Special” THEY PAINTED OVER A PIMPLE PATCH AND HAIR During the snow we were snowed in for a while which isn’t great for emergency response workers Roaches would show up even though we were clean. To make matters worse the last month of our lease we got a form from the leasing office saying there was a roach infestation in the building. Leasing Office doesn’t respond to emails or calls Leasing office changes their working hours/days at short notice or no notice at all Parking sucks Laundry room machines are almost always broken , filled with roaches and just smells very gross . There are almost always just 2-3 machines working for the whole building Pest/bug control would barely come even after multiple emails There are sometimes bats in the hallway People sneak in the complex and try to break in your apartment while gone so make sure you have a camera up Even with all that here are the good parts of the apartment to have a fair review Nice family events every couple of months Beatrice Saul is very understanding and is the person to talk to in order for things to get done You are close to the metro and shopping centers Neighbors are nice and helpful in time of need If you do not have a lot of money or credit this is probably a good starter apartment Lobby is very decorated and pretty during holiday seasons Near a lot of parks

I recently moved into Earle Manor in Wheaton, MD, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The property is well-maintained, and the location is perfect, offering easy access to shops, public transportation, and restaurants. What truly made my experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service from the property manager, Beatriz. She is absolutely awesome! From the moment I inquired about the property, Beatriz was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and their experience here. I’m looking forward to enjoying my time at Earle Manor and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
