I love my home! I just dislike the maintenance, you put a ticket in they say service was completed when it wasn’t.

I don't have closet doors and my mailbox key which they made me pay USPS for and they haven't done it since I moved here in July. My water bill is more a month than I paid in my single family home in 3 months with 2 people vs 4.

An Amazing Experience at The Spark Waldorf – Thank You to the Dream Team! The Spark Waldorf truly came through for my family, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service we received! I want to personally recognize Marcos and Vanessa, whom I proudly call “The Dream Team!” Their professionalism, prompt communication, compassion, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service have made all the difference in our experience. From the very beginning, they provided the reassurance and support I needed to feel confident that The Spark Waldorf was the right place for my family to call home. Marcos has been nothing short of exceptional! From the move-in process to handling maintenance requests, he consistently goes above and beyond. He responds promptly, ensures maintenance concerns are addressed quickly, and, most importantly, follows up to make sure everything has been resolved. His attention to detail and commitment to residents' satisfaction do not go unnoticed. Vanessa deserves just as much recognition! Her nurturing personality, compassion, and genuine understanding made such a positive impact on me. After experiencing disappointing treatment at other properties, I truly appreciated how she listened to my concerns, respected my feelings, and made me feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive new beginning for my family. Finding a place to live is one thing, but finding a place where the staff genuinely cares about your family's comfort, safety, and peace of mind is something special. Marcos and Vanessa, thank you for being amazing at what you do! Your hard work, kindness, professionalism, and dedication deserve to be recognized. You both have set an incredible standard for customer service. The Spark Waldorf is fortunate to have you both on its team, and my family is grateful to have you as part of our new beginning! Five stars for The Dream Team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maintenance requests are always ignored. The mold got so bad Chat GPT even offered me suggestions to sue. I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here unless you are a maintenance worker or immune to mold.

From day one Venessa in the leasing office has been truly incredible, inviting, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. She made my mov-in seamless and not to mention she has been so helpful. I’m enjoying my new place. The icing on the cake is that she has an amazing personality and sense of humor. The location to Shops, restaurants, gyms, and anything you need within minutes from my new place is priceless. The property feels safe, clean and well maintained. I’m actually feeling more and more at home living here after my relocation for work. Thank you Spark Waldorf.
