  Marcos is amazing he has been so helpful guide myself and family through this process. From allowing us to view different models to aiding with any hickups while accessing and signing the lease. He is so friendly and relatable and gives an honest opinion of the property which was so appreciated. We were so fortunate to have him as are leasing agent. Thanks SPARKS WALDORF, and thank you Marcos for your amazing professionalism, care, and all around great ŵork!!! Looking forward to move in day!!!

  My husband and I had a very good experience renewing our lease for Spark Waldorf with Ashley Chapman. She was very friendly, and patient with us during the renewal process and gave us excellent customer service. It's no wonder that she works for Spark Experience because she definitely gave us a great experience.

  We absolutely love our community! We feel very much at home with our home and space. A few things that we do not like however, is that there are often times where the water is brown, allegedly due to the county, but it does seem odd for as commonly we experience this. Part of our monthly fees is "Pest Control" but we only get pest control when we request for scheduling, otherwise, we are paying without even using the service. And often times we are calling the Leasing office, but it is very difficult to get through, we have to arrange our schedule to physically go in to the office to get assistance, which is quite inconvenient. Though Ms. Vanessa in the main office is quite lovely to work with; she provides great service and does do her best to get us the right information when needed. Overall, we love this community and truly love our neighbors, but as do many things-- there is lots of room for improvement!

  I LOVED Vanessa. She was great from start to finish. What I loved about her was her vibe the energy it made me feel at home already. She was great. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve visited a few place and not for nothing Vanessa made me feel like I wanted to move in the same day I saw The property. So thank you Vanessa for your time and energy.

  Let me tell you of the best management office duo. Marcos and Vanessa. I can't thank y'all enough for guiding me and my family through this process. As many changes we went through y'all met our every need. I can't thank y'all enough. Truly a great experience for getting us into the apartment townhome. Greatly appreciated.
