  Take weeks and months for maintenance request to get looked at and reviewed still not fixed damaged garbage disposal still no replaceable been over two weeks and they don’t want me to use the garbage disposal or sink

  I have been renting through Real Property Management Gold since 2024, and my experience has been very positive. Throughout our tenancy, the team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I especially want to recognize John Genove for his outstanding customer service. He has been patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our lease renewal process. When we recently reached out regarding our renewal, John took the time to listen to our concerns, communicate with the owner on our behalf, and keep us informed every step of the way. He answered our questions promptly, provided clear explanations, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that values communication and treats tenants with respect. We appreciate the professionalism and support we have received and look forward to continuing our tenancy. Thank you, John, and the Real Property Management Gold team, for your excellent service.

  Our experience with RPMG has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Throughout the management of our rental property, RPMG frequently forwarded tenant emails directly to us and expected us to resolve issues ourselves, providing little to no meaningful management support despite charging management fees. We also paid for premium quarterly inspections, yet over approximately two years we received only a handful of inspection reports—about three total. This raised serious concerns about whether the services we paid for were actually being performed. As we worked to regain possession of our property and prepare it for sale, the experience became even more frustrating. Gail, a representative of RPMG, repeatedly advised us that we might not regain possession of our property as scheduled and refused to facilitate communication between the tenants and us while we attempted to coordinate access for a realtor. We also received emails citing state statutes and warning of potential legal consequences, which we found unnecessarily adversarial during what should have been a routine transition process. Additionally, we were informed that RPMG would not assist with evaluating property damage, coordinating repairs, or supporting the recovery process once possession of the property was returned. Instead, we were directed to pursue any claims directly through insurance. This position appears inconsistent with the level of support we expected under our management agreement. After paying substantial management fees over the years, it is difficult to identify what value RPMG provided beyond collecting rent and retaining a portion of the rental income. Most property issues, tenant communications, and transition activities ultimately fell back on us as the owners. In all our years of owning and renting properties, this has been one of the most disappointing property management experiences we have encountered. Based on our experience, we would not recommend RPMG to other property owners seeking full-service property management.

  We had a great experience with Ashley from Real Property Management Gold during our inspection today. She was professional, punctual, and very thorough. Ashley explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to be both detail-oriented and personable, and Ashley definitely did that. We truly appreciate her professionalism and the positive experience she provided. Highly recommend!
