  Extremely unprofessional!! They be sending people off the street to come fix their maintenance issues. These people dont be in uniform or name tag or nothing, and they never seem to be able to fix the problem, so they just be sending random people to your house for no reason. They come in our homes unexperienced and then will leave without the job being finished..with absolutely no notice that it's not finished,. The people in that office are unprofessional and they all need yo to be fired... IM SICK OF THEM!! You can't even contact them because the lines are blocked.. I wonder who's idea that was.

  Spoke with Mr Darren Brydie regarding an issue I had with Palmer Apartments from May of 2021. Although he was not part of management at that time and the previous management company no longer served Palmer Apartments Mr Brydie was able to help me with this matter. He was very Professional, Respectful and eager to assist me however he could and actually helped me resolve this issue the same day. He is definitely one of the best reps/ managers I’ve ever dealt with at Palmer Apartments. Positive attitude, Professional and Extremely Patient
