DON’T MOVE HERE!
My family and I have lived here for a year. The first month was peaceful and enjoyable, but after that we began experiencing numerous issues that significantly impacted our quality of life.
Some of the ongoing concerns include residents smoking cigarettes and marijuana from balconies, as well as a strong marijuana odor in the elevators despite this being advertised as a smoke-free community. The pool was shut down shortly after opening for the summer season. There are frequent late-night disturbances in the hallways, often occurring between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The community has only one trash compactor for all residents, which is consistently overflowing and unsanitary, with bulk items often left sitting outside.
The most concerning issue has been the faulty fire alarm system. Fire alarms have repeatedly gone off during overnight hours, sometimes between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., and have on multiple occasions resulted in false building evacuations. As a resident, especially with a family, this creates unnecessary stress and safety concerns.
Unfortunately, my experience with management—from the leasing office to corporate leadership—has been disappointing. I found them to be dismissive of resident concerns, unwilling to take accountability, and inconsistent in enforcing community policies. When I requested a transfer to the same floor plan in another building due to the recurring alarm issues, I was informed by corporate leadership that “the activation of fire alarms and emergency responses is outside of management’s control.”
This community is marketed as a luxury apartment complex, but based on my experience, it has not lived up to those standards. Prospective residents should carefully consider these concerns before signing a lease.

I appreciate the owner’s response, but it does not change my experience. While management ultimately approved a transfer request, corporate insisted on increasing my rent by nearly $300 per month for the new unit. The justification given was that the unit contained a ceiling fan. After dealing with ongoing issues that prompted the transfer request in the first place, I expected more consideration and customer service. Instead of working with a long-term resident who was experiencing significant inconveniences, the focus seemed to be on charging a higher rate rather than finding a reasonable solution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this community. Prospective residents should carefully consider how concerns and transfer requests may be handled before choosing to live here.

I had an amazing experience working with Kiara throughout the entire leasing process! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She was always responsive, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I'm so happy with my new apartment, and I'm grateful for all of her help!

I had the most amazing experience during my showing with David! He was the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient person that I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he also gave me insight into other things that I had not considered. I spotlight David, but the entire office staff were so pleasant and welcoming!

KIARA!!! She was my leasing agent, and she is the absolute BEST. I moved here from out of state, and she made the process so easy. Kiara answered all my questions and made the application process fast! She is also so polite, professional, and very caring. Made me very excited to move in.
The apartments are GORGEOUS. Everything is updated. The attention to detail in building these apartments was excellent. There are outlets everywhere, and they have the studs in the perfect place to mount a TV.
The area is really nice too. It's hidden in the back, so not much noise from town, but you are under 10 minutes from everything.
AND THE MAINTENANCE TEAM!! They have helped me so much. Really an amazing team, and work on tickets pretty much same day. The two men who have worked on my tickets were very professional and super nice.
Overall, I feel so welcome here! This is def the place to live.

I moved here from Arkansas and I can genuinely say I love the canopy. Upon my arrival Kiara was attentive and made sure I didn’t run into any issues when moving in. Aside from moving in my apartment is exactly what I imagined, I wish the living was a little bit bigger but that isn’t a dealbreaker for. The canopy gives that anyone of any age would thrive here. If you are looking for an apartment and great direction ask for Kiara.
