She helped us and walked us through the various floor plan options and financing options that were available. Only feedback for Ryan Homes as a company is to be more transparent on their closing cost money incentive and interest rates, since it looks like that the closing cost funds were primarily used to buy down the interest rate. We ultimately went with Stanley Martin since they had a floor plan we preferred and they were able to provide a lower interest rate.
