Her communication was great as well. Connor was and continues to be amazing as our project manager. Young but wise beyond his years and very informative. When ever an issue arises , he guides as or refers us to the appropriate person for warranty process.

At least at Canter Creek..This home we bought has been a nightmare.. from terrible construction.. every week I'm calling warranty department to fix this cheaply built house all the way to the banking and loan officers and the whole process.. it was so many gray areas.. they sold my lot twice.. so me and my fiance owned as well as someone else at same time. During building process. Other person still gets mail here, it was a newly built home.. nobody lived here ..lol how is someone else getting tax mail here for this home....now dealing with taxes and weird mortgage payments.. I am NOT paying what we was told we were gonna pay.. house was never evaluated for taxation, when it was told to us it was. It's been an absolute nightmare. Will be selling real soon..
