I was charged $640 for carpet replacement after I moved out - I lived there for one year, didn't have any pets, and didn't damage the carpet in any way. The carpet wasn't even new when I moved in. They also regularly ignored my maintenance requests and left me with faulty plumbing and electrical issues for an entire year. The way they do business is shady and predatorial. Whatever you do, do not choose Stevenson Lane.

This apartment holds many wonderful memories for us, and we’re grateful for the experience. Thank you to the management and team for making it feel like home. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

I had to move out of my old apartment due to safety concerns, and everyone at Stevenson lane helped me move as soon as possible. I think all within the same week I had my first tour and then my keys to my new apartment. They moved very quickly, and when I messed something up with the security deposit they were extremely understanding when it was completely my fault for rushing through reading the instructions. My apartment is super spacious and in the perfect area. Within walking distance to a bunch of cafes and restaurants because of the college, but far enough away that I don’t hear anything going on at night. All my neighbors are kind and very friendly, and there is a perfect little outdoor area that I sometimes set up a blanket when it’s nice out and sit outside on my lunch break!
