  I am currently in the process of finishing up my 3 year lease here at Kennilworth and it is a place I would recommend!! The office staff has always been so amazing and kind when helping with any problems, Kyla was amazing and John who is currently in the office is absolutely wonderful. The maintenance staff is also very kind and respectful. The staff here truly is a plus about the complex. We did have some of the normal issues that can occur with apartments like mice and AC problems during the summer but our maintenance requests were always answered quickly. Sometimes the AC and heat don’t always seem to reach the bedrooms further from the main apartment but that also may have just been our unit too. Parking is really nice because it’s free for everyone in the apartment which was great for me and my roommates as we were in college and did not want to have to pay extra, and the other amenities like the pool were fun as well. Overall it was a great apartment complex to live in for the last three years, it felt safe and if I could stay here I would!!

  I love Margo!! I can’t rave about her enough. She makes every visit so smooth and like you’re being helped by someone you've known for years. I moved in only a year ago, and everytime she sees me or speaks with me over the phone, I feel heard. As someone who’s experienced the worse of leasing offices, there is none of that at Kenilworth because of Margo. Amazing woman, ten out of ten! So personable, so caring, so warm, so patient. I can go on and on. Margo is just that amazing!

  My roommates and I went to tour today and John was so nice and sweet. He answered all our questions, knew what he was talking about and was hilarious!!

  I have lived here since 2023 and love this place. The community is pretty quite given its proximity to college's, not a lot of stuff going down outside. The maintenance staff (especially Don) are some of the best apartment staff I have dealt with (and I have lived in 3 apartments prior). The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because rent is still expensive. Although, it is one of the "cheapest" ones in the area. So take that as you will. Still love it here!
