  I absolutely love living in this apartment community!!! Quick service for any maintenance issues and very kind staff! Teresa has been very helpful and kind. She is the best.

  I have lived here for the past two years while attending school and had a very positive experience. The move-in process was smooth. As someone who was renting for the first time, the staff at Eagle Rock made it simple to understand what all needed to be done. Once moved in, any maintenance issues I had were quickly resolved. Every employee I communicated with during my time here was responsive and got back to me pretty quickly. Overall, I had a good experience here at Eagle Rock

  BEWARE MOLD AND LEAKS! Don’t listen to reviews from people who have not yet lived in the buildings. This place is falling apart and management is more interested in “keeping appearances” with stainless steel kitchen appliances than to actually fix the underlying issues. The laundry room is full of mold and it’s directly next to my apartment (sharing a wall), when I asked about it I was told it was “rust” when it’s clearly not. I got a mold test and tested the air and surface of the laundry room walls and, unsurprisingly, its black mold, emailed management about this and received no reply. Last week, the ceiling in my apartment started leaking directly on top of my desk when I wasn’t home. I came back after the issue was fixed on the apartment above it but the water dripped on my Nintendo switch that was on my desk and now it’s water damaged and it won’t work. I’m going to see if I can make a claim for my damaged console but I have a feeling management won’t help me at all with that.

  Can't remember the two maintenance guys names right now, but it's two African-American gentleman who have solved all issues we ever have quickly, efficiently, and always on-time. If management sees this, please contact me so I can provide my unit number so you can give them a raise (at least I think they deserve it). Every issue they solved for us, wasn't just them coming in and fixing and leaving. Both would teach me and my partner why it happened, and how to prevent similar issues. 100000/10 recommend this complex purely due to how helpful they have been.

  This has been the best apartment living experience I have encountered thus far. The management is always friendly, maintenance stays on top of any request you put in. The community is quiet and all very friendly. Their parking and pool is a huge bonus! Definitely affordable. There is nothing bad to say!
