  Carolina from leasing was absolutely phenomenal, she was very patient and answered all of me and my wife’s questions with clarity and detail.

  The manager Alisha is terrible. Doesn't return several emails. Took advantage of young college girls for extra payments, double dipping rent, etc. It's a shame when people in supervisory roles are shady. I never leave poor reviews but I am trying to pay it forward. If you want to save yourself stress do not stay here.

  Alisha is non-responsive and unprofessional. Between myself, my roommates, and my father, we have sent her a total of 7 emails and haven’t gotten a single response. Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing that residents are treated this way.

  Shamefully bad maintenance! Repeated requests were acknowledged and then ignored including a leak in an upstairs apartment which resulted in a progressively enlarging hole in my mother's bathroom ceiling that reliably littered the bathroom floor with debris. Mice were a problem and any control effort management made was ineffective. Finally snow removal did not include clearing empty parking spaces or the handicap ramp from the sidewalk. My mother is 87 years old ,so walking through a snow bank as opposed to using the handicap access from the sidewalk to the parking lot is unacceptable.
