- MMMegan M.May 13, 20264.0Lived here a year. Overall it's been nice. No problem with bugs or mice, maintenance has been quick to respond and courteous, walkable grocery store. Getting parking can be tricky. And there is a non-zero chance your -upstairs- neighbor has an indoor/exercise trampoline that can be heard from every single corner of your apartment,. Sometimes in the middle of dinner, sometimes until almost 10pm. I don't know whether the office has been unwilling or unable to help but it has been maddening, and definitely played a part in our decision to move soon.

I have been here almost two years , last year my rent increase about 20$ & now they’re proposing 100$ increase for a 15 month lease which is absolutely not sustainable in this economy. I hope for big places like this to learn to be more accommodating to the people they service and less money hungry.
