  I am sharing my experience with the office staff throughout my evaluation and lease signing. The front staff has been more than responsive to my many questions as I prepare for an out of state move. I have had so many questions and they happily answered all of them to make what is a stressful situation, including some short cuts so that I don't have to pay extra to overnight funds.

  Great place to live! My experience was a 10/10. I just moved out after 3 years and was genuinely sad to leave. I was nervous at first because of the Google ratings and some negative reviews, but I never had any issues while living here. No problems with bugs/pests, and maintenance was always quick to respond. The walls weren’t paper thin, and we rarely heard our neighbors. We occasionally heard the floorboards from the apartment above, but nothing unreasonable. I also never had trouble finding parking near my building. I loved having sidewalks nearby for walking/running. The fitness center is on the smaller side but has a decent variety of equipment, was well maintained, and was rarely crowded. The pool is nice, and I could always find a lounge chair. There are also private tennis courts, although the nets could use replacing and there are some cracks in the courts (still didn’t stop me from using them). There’s a good mix of residents (young professionals, families, middle-aged adults, and retirees), and everyone I encountered was friendly. I never had a package stolen. On the rare occasion a package was missing, it was usually delivered to the wrong building and I could just go get it or it was grabbed by mistake and returned. It’s a large complex, so experiences may vary by building. I lived in 84 E Padonia (one of the building in the cluster near the leasing office)and had a great experience! Oh, the only issue I had in the 3 years was that my car was rummaged through one night after I accidentally left it unlocked. Nothing was taken or damaged (I never keep valuables in my car), but I was definitely surprised it happened because I had always felt like it was a pretty safe area. I let the leasing office know but there wasn’t much to be done. I always made sure my car was locked and never had a problem again.

  I rented at Padonia for 2.5 years and have nothing but POSITIVE things to say. I loved living at Padonia- the amenities, walkability, friendly neighbors- everything made PV feel like home to me. The Leasing specialists Gina and Dymitry were instrumental in making sure all needs were taken care of move in/move out. The property manager, Alexia, was so communicative, knowledgeable, and kind. Any questions I had Alexia was there to help. Maintenance is helpful, efficient and friendly. I could go on and on about my time here and the staff. I turned in my keys with tears in my eyes because Padonia was my home away from home for almost 3 years. I NEVER had any issues with pests, trash, etc. Padonia is consistent with making sure apartments are taken care of with annual checks for each unit. PV is constantly making updates to their buildings and making sure renters are comfortable. Each week buildings are cleaned. So many positives, I could go on forever. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone rent at Padonia Village!
