  While the experience in general with Ryan homes throughout the process of building and then 1.5 years later has been ok, the real reason for this 5-star review is to highlight the amazing responsiveness and customer service of one of the Ryan Homes Warranty supervisors Lee Windsor. On more than one occasion, Lee went above and beyond to provide an unexpected level of service that blew me away. He is the type of solution-oriented employee that every company desires to have and Ryan Homes is lucky to have him. In my opinion, the company would be far better if he was in charge of the whole thing! His approach to providing an exceptional customer experience is lacking from 99% of companies/organizations today and having experienced his service again yesterday, I had to post this in hopes someone at Ryan Homes might pay attention to it. Thank you Lee, you are a true star!

  On March 12, 2026, I settled on my new Ryan Home at Nells Acres in Sykesville MD. The entire purchasing, building, and settlement experience was outstanding! It all began on the day I first met my sales representative, Nina Bogat Rhoades. She graciously showed me around the model home, explained all of its features, and demonstrated through her attitude and behavior the total customer orientation that Ryan Homes considers integral to their corporate fabric. When I decided to purchase, Nina answered every question that I had with considerable knowledge and patience. She carefully walked me through every element in the process and ensured that I understood each of the steps to follow as we moved into construction. It was at that point that I met Derek Ludlow, the project manager responsible for my home’s construction. Derek could not have been any more helpful and involved in assuring that my home was constructed perfectly, that it was ready on time, and that I was completely aware of its progress at every stage of the project. I was called every week, sent pictures of weekly progress, and met with Derek personally on several occasions to avoid any potential issues that might be on the horizon. Finally, there was settlement. Curtis Mackey was the settlement officer, and just like his colleagues at Nells Acres, he could not have been more efficient or effective. I had several questions along the way, and he answered every one of them with considerable grace and expertise. He made certain that I was completely prepared for settlement and made the process amazingly easy. It was completed in minutes with minimal papers to execute. The bottom line is that because of the efforts of Nina, Derek, and Curtis, I was comfortable with the entire home purchasing and building processes and truly optimistic that when all was said and done, I had made the right decision and would live happily in my lovely, new Ryan home.

  Lee Windsor, of the Ryan Homes Warranty Division, has given exceptional expert customer service and care throughout the home warranty process. Any warranty request is handled in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable. We would buy another Ryan Home based on his outstanding level of service and care.

  From the time my wife Irina and I arrived at the model home and met NINA BOGAT RHOADES we felt welcome, like we were family! Nina listened attentively and offered suggestions to possible lots to consider. As my wife is not native English speaking, Nina quickly established a rapport with my wife and explained everything in a language they both spoke! Once we selected a lot Nina provided us pricing options and suggested we return in a few days to finalize a purchase after "thinking/talking things over, which we did! Nina slo suggested we consider using NVR/Ryan Homes financing which we did, and met TRAVIS FRANCIS who also went out of his way to meet several times with us to get financing approved by underwriting! If you are looking for over 55+ villa homes you owe yourself a visit to Nells Acres!
