Oh wow! Don’t move here! Management sucks! If Antonio is still the resident manager there. Before I moved in, I was paid up, so move in day, I had my moving truck, movers, so the rental office said I can’t move in until I sign my lease, ok. About 15 minutes in my movers were calling me to let them in, so the lady at the front desk ask Antonio the resident manager can he give me the keys to maintenance to let the movers in until I finish signing my lease, he said No! Mind you they already had my money. I thought that was cruel. Then another 30 minutes passed and I still wasn’t finished signing my lease and the movers started unloading the truck seating my things in the hall because some of them had to go to work. Then when I was late on my rent, He would write down one number that I owed the lady at the front desk would always say that’s not what you owe. Which was always less. So watch out for that. And I had Mice running around everywhere! From under the bathroom sink, under the stove under the hvac door and bees! I couldn’t wait to move. I only moved there because the security deposit was $250. I thought that was a steal, later I found out why.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The apartments are not updated or modernized in any way and INFESTED!!! with mice are not the words to describe. They absolutely are multiplying, traveling between units eating through the corners of the walls, from the HVAC closets, the kitchen just everywhere. Made a mistake of eating in my room before I knew how bad it was and one hopped onto my damn bed I have been traumatized ever since. Also just saw TWO together in the kitchen not even 2 days ago and the fact we have already caught at least 5 in our unit alone is insanely trifling. Good luck to management and the next tenants. -4/4/2026

I just had to move out due to financial hardship but I loved my apartment and this community. I never dealt with bugs so maybe that’s something management dealt with before I moved in. I wanted to mention that first since that’s what most reviews have mentioned.
Upon moving in, my unit was clean, though it did smell like cigarettes lol. Apparently the girl who lived there before me was a chain smoker but I was able to quickly rid my unit of the smell. They also replaced the bathroom sink and cabinets before my move in date. The maintenance guy Ray was so sweet and helpful during my entire stay there. If ever I needed something fixed, I’d submit a ticket for it and he would be on top of it the next day usually!
This is a fairly quiet community and family friendly. The grounds stay pretty clean as well.
Now what I did not like is the lack of communication from property management during the process of eviction. I did unfortunately run into very hard times which lead to me having to be evicted. I moved out before they could move me out but I was only contacted by the leasing office once to check in. I tried to communicate via email about what my next steps should be before having to move out and never heard anything back from them. Now that I have come up with the money that I owe them, I go to pay and see that they added an extra $3,000 onto my bill because I did not give them a notice of my vacating the apartment. If I am being evicted, YALL GAVE ME THE NOTICE. Seems like they are not in the business to help families as I was told during my process to move in. Instead they want to exploit the less fortunate. I understand that it was written out in my lease to give notice 60 days prior but if it was never my intent to move out and instead I was being put out, why is my communication necessary? Also I know plenty of places that would have sent a courtesy reminder if this communication was indeed necessary. But they just wanted to see how they could squeeze every last cent out of me I suppose… Also, there are multiple emails I have written unanswered by the property manager despite him telling me this is the best way to reach him. Antonio never responds!! Taisha was truly a sweetheart every time I encountered her.
Overall, I do suggest moving in to this community but please watch your back when it comes to management!
Management is solely the reason for my 2 star review.
