  When I 1st applied here , I applied and got an approved for the RENOVATED unit. Just to be told after I got approved that there were no more renovated units so I just went with what they gave me, which was a very old apartment I had no idea how old this building was til I started having plumbing issues. I just moved not even 4 months ago and at 1st I was impressed with how fast maintenance responded to some of the issues I was having even though I had JUST moved in . But today my tub knob in the bathtub popped open from the water pressure and made a huge flood in my bathroom sooo much so it started leaking into the neighbors apt under me. With the water not being able to stop I called for EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE OVER 5 times ! Within 5 hrs AND NO ONE SHOWED UP ! I’m super frustrated, my bathroom has been flooded for hours now it now has a mildew smell , and now probably water damage and now I can’t use my shower or bathroom . I am beyond frustrated. I will not be able to continue to stay in this unit . I need to be moved ASAP , to a new more renovated unit like I originally applied for ! Not to mention I had a plumbing issue last week and when something was supposed to get fix but instead they accidentally broke the pipe . And had to fix it and now I have a big whole under my sink smh . This will be my 3 rd apt and I’ve never experienced something like this .

  I’m extremely disappointed with how maintenance issues are being handled here. I submitted a request to have my ceiling checked because it has visible black mold and is starting to sag to the point where it feels unsafe. The maintenance worker (Misael) came by and did absolutely nothing to address the issue. When I went to the office to follow up, I was dismissed and told “you’re not a mold expert,” with no real solution or next steps offered. That response is unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. On top of that, my air conditioning still hasn’t been fixed. I was told contractors would come out on 04/17, but now the excuse is that they “didn’t have a key,” even though I provided one nearly two weeks ago. This is not just poor service—it’s a lack of concern for tenant safety and basic living conditions. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to think twice.

  This community a joke. The infestation of roaches is trifling. Since moving in this community last year NOTHING has been fixed in my apartment. There’s no sense of urgency and the amount of tickets I had to put in and nothing is being done is absolutely unacceptable.

  I am extremely frustrated with the maintenance team at Admiral Place Apartments. My air conditioning has been broken for weeks, and despite repeated requests, they keep giving me vague excuses and no real solutions. My apartment regularly exceeds 80 degrees, which is unsafe—especially because my baby has severe asthma. Management has not offered any temporary air conditioning or meaningful assistance, showing a shocking lack of concern for residents’ health and safety. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Tenants should not have to live in unsafe conditions while waiting for basic repairs.
