  If you'd like to see the actual reviews on Woodside Place fka Falkland Chase go look at all the reviews that are less than 3 stars over on that google reviews page. The 5 star ones are from when they were offering a promo discount for new tenants if they rated them well. If you don't feel like doing that, just know this place is not only infested with various pests dependent upon the building (i.e. spiders and house centipedes in one building, ants and roaches in another, mice in another), there is only one helpful person in the office whilst the other literally had to be held back by her "maintenance supervisor" (a hack they found from god knows where) because they swore they called me several times when they had actually been calling the wrong number and were upset that I was upset that they could not take responsibility and instead called me a liar for THEIR mistake, and the buildings are due to be tore down in 2027-2028. All of that is just from the past year FYI! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!

  Jasmine is super helpful, I called looking for information and learned a lot in just a few minutes speaking with her. She is super professional, very informative, and although its not the right home for me, her kindness spoke volumes to what renters would experience here. Great job!

  I would like to take a moment to provide positive feedback regarding the assistance I received from Woodside Place Property Manager Cherae Jackson. Cherae was extremely helpful and professional in resolving my issue. She communicated clearly and ensured that an emergency check request was submitted promptly, keeping me informed about the status and next steps. I especially appreciated her transparency regarding the previous check expiration and her guidance on how to avoid any further delays. Even while preparing to be out of the office, Cherae made sure I had the appropriate contact information for follow-up, which demonstrated her commitment to excellent customer service and continuity of support. Overall, her responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism made the process much smoother, and I am grateful for her assistance.

  Walking into Woodside Place, Cherae & Jasmine was nothing BUT AMAZING! Beyond great customer service! I had many questions, Cherae & Jasmine WAS AMAZING, this is actually my #1 choice out of all the tours I did! GREAT JOB!!!!
