Cherae was extremely helpful and professional in resolving my issue. She communicated clearly and ensured that an emergency check request was submitted promptly, keeping me informed about the status and next steps. I especially appreciated her transparency regarding the previous check expiration and her guidance on how to avoid any further delays. Even while preparing to be out of the office, Cherae made sure I had the appropriate contact information for follow-up, which demonstrated her commitment to excellent customer service and continuity of support. Overall, her responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism made the process much smoother, and I am grateful for her assistance.
