  The Pearl is a wonderful apartment complex to live in. The amenities are surpassed by no other buildings. There are numerous generous activities for the residents. In the summer growing season, we have fresh harvested crops to choose from. Clearly the best apartment complex in Silver Spring. The current manager is Christina and is amazingly efficient. She answers emails and resolves problems immediately. Simply the best.

  I lived at The Pearl for 2.5 years and I will miss it. We moved out of state but if we ever return we would be very happy to rent here again. We loved having 24/7 concierge, how friendly each of them were, the effort to schedule community events (including HH, yoga, holiday events, and book swaps), bi weekly produce from the garden, compost collection, the dog park, very quick response time for maintenance requests, and having guest parking available. I did have a negative encounter with management when I first moved in, but I think that there has been turnover since then. Someone parked in my parking spot so the concierge asked me to park in a different spot number and the next day, I believe management did not have the full story, but they called me and yelled at me. Also, I was unhappy with the insanely high 42% price increase for parking. I appreciate how secure the garage was after the shooting, and how much effort they put into securing it, including asking for resident feedback, but they increased the price to offset those costs when the expectation should’ve been to already be secure. Overall I would move back to The Pearl again. We were very happy there.

  My experience with the Pearl has been great, but it’s the community that stands out. I’ve taken tours, asked questions and gotten issues resolved quickly thanks to Jacob Rivera, who’s become a staple part of the Pearl experience. Very professional but also just a great person! It’s the little things that really make this space feel like home

  The Pearl is a great high end apartment complex with a wide varied - young professional, young family and elderly. Lovely atmosphere and events for tenants. Uniquely located right next to creek park, with swift access to the heart of DC via 16th Street as well exit on.the route 495. Beautiful in house facilities (Gym and Pool and BBQ areas etc). Plenty of open spaces for kids (play ground out front ) and ground for dog walking etc. Great value for money and always supper clean Warm reception as well. You will love it.

  You can take my review with a grain of salt as I just moved in however I had to give a shoutout to the property manager, Christina, and the incredible maintenance team. The apartment building itself is beautiful and my unit has a lot of natural light which I love. Upon move-in, there were unfortunately a few hiccups with my specific unit. I took my major concerns to Christina and within 30 min, Hernan with maintenance was at my door ready to tackle the concerns. Less than 24 hours later, all of my major concerns were managed. Although I only just met her, it is clear that Christina takes pride in managing this property and she does so *very* well from what I have witnessed so far. The maintenance team is also incredible. They work efficiently but take care with what they do. What stood out to me was how well they clean up after they are done with their tasks, not even allowing their footprints to be left. Everyone has been kind and professional thus far. All the other residents that I have met have been so nice and neighborly. The only downside to a building that’s nearly full is the waitlist for the attached/underground garage parking. I’m excited to join this community and only hope my experience continues to get better and better!
