  You can take my review with a grain of salt as I just moved in however I had to give a shoutout to the property manager, Christina, and the incredible maintenance team. The apartment building itself is beautiful and my unit has a lot of natural light which I love. Upon move-in, there were unfortunately a few hiccups with my specific unit. I took my major concerns to Christina and within 30 min, Hernan with maintenance was at my door ready to tackle the concerns. Less than 24 hours later, all of my major concerns were managed. Although I only just met her, it is clear that Christina takes pride in managing this property and she does so *very* well from what I have witnessed so far. The maintenance team is also incredible. They work efficiently but take care with what they do. What stood out to me was how well they clean up after they are done with their tasks, not even allowing their footprints to be left. Everyone has been kind and professional thus far. All the other residents that I have met have been so nice and neighborly. The only downside to a building that’s nearly full is the waitlist for the attached/underground garage parking. I’m excited to join this community and only hope my experience continues to get better and better!

  I’d like to give a quick shoutout to Christina for the great job she’s doing as the Property Manager at The Pearl. She’s professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I’ve seen her handle some difficult situations, oversee improvements around the property, and put together some really nice community events. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about the property. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

  The Pearl was beautiful and very inviting. Ask for the best tour guide ever…Stephen! You’ll have fun and enjoy your time, whether you end up leading or not! Such a people person.
