- AEAlba Crespin EstradaDec 21, 20211.0If I could give a 0 star I would. I have been living here since 2015. I love that they help people out that don’t earn enough but management sucks. Our ceiling and walls have holes because rain goes through the walls and ceiling. There’s mold inside our closets as well. We have reported them a lot of times and they don’t do anything about it. We also reported our sinks and bathroom tubs being clogged and it’s been two days they have not fixed them. They are always rude and giving attitudes. I live here because unfortunately I cannot afford another place but as soon as I do I will leave and I do not recommend IT AT ALL. I have been having a lot of headaches due to the mold and they don’t fix them.
- DIDestiny IgieborAug 25, 20211.0The Property Manager Jennifer is very unprofessional, uncaring, does not communicate well and does not care about her residents. Mold was reported in the apartment and corporate had to be contacted just for it to be resolved. Jennifer has a poor attitude and did not notify my Aunt (a current resident) that the work would take 5 days. Jennifer is ok with kids sleeping on the floor for 5 days without properly communicating to my Aunt. We do not know the extent of any health damages due to this.

The property is exceptionally well managed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It's a quiet location conveniently located to all DC amenities. It's a bargain. The electricity can be expensive, but for many, there are grants and subsidies to offset the costs. Look into them, and do not switch to an alternate provider other than Pepco. Enjoy living here. I did. Thank you for more than 3 good years.
