  Enserio que estoy bien decepcionado de este lugar cobran bien carro la renta pero te entregan una porqueria de apartamento gabeteros destrosados ventanas quebradas y lleno de plagas y moo la diswachar oxicidada pisos aruinados por mas que vayas ala oficina y te quejes puedes ir 6 veces y las 6 veces te darán una excusa nueva pero nunca solucionan nada y lo que enoja mas es que no estan cobran 2 dólares si no que es bastante dinero y uno lo paga porque quiere vivir tranquilo pero con tantos problemas que tienen este partamento parase que vive uno como un cerdo desde que me mude les hedicho tengo una nin̈a pequeña y quiero lo mejor para ella ya van dos veces que la voy llevando ala hospital porque tantas plagas que hay aqui la manager según manda a control de plaga pero no hace nada solo mira el apartamento y se va las plantas malas nunca las cortan ahi es donde se hacen las plagas de sacudos y hasta ratas enserio que esto no es gracioso 😒 pago bastante renta para vivir bien pero esta gente no se que piensan les aconsejo que cuando se vayan a mudar aqui revisen bien su apartamento para que no tenga los mismos problemas que yo

  I’ve lived here for a very long time & management over the years have proven very incompetent. Repeatedly we go to the office and voice issues we have with certain neighbors causing disturbances and issues we have in our apartment that we keep paying rent for. It almost leaves you to wonder why are we paying rent if no issues get resolved ? Very disappointing to say the least, not sure what it’ll take but it’s getting to a very bad point.

  I’ve been living at The Fields of Silver Spring for over a decade, and this community truly feels like home. I have no plans to leave anytime soon. While office staff has changed over the years, everyone I’ve interacted with has always been kind, professional, and helpful. Dennis Toy has been here for as long as I can remember, and his dedication and hard work are sincerely appreciated. It’s such a great feeling to be able to walk into the office and feel welcome like you’re right at home.
